'Rabassié' and Hunter by Isoline Fontanille
The Rabassié is the person who looks for truffles ('rabasses' in Provençal) with a pig -traditionnally- or a dog -more recently. Even though it is called 'Truffe noire du Périgord' -Périgord is in South-West of France-, South-East -Provence, especially the Forcalquier area- produces 80% of the French truffles.
The hunter wears a hare he has just hunted.
